How many products do you make?
Two, right now — a magnesium for everyday wellness and a creatine for training. We’d rather do a short range properly than a long one carelessly. More will come when they meet the same standard.
When should I take them?
Whenever you’ll remember consistently. Many people prefer magnesium in the evening as part of a wind-down routine. Creatine timing matters far less than taking it every day.*
Are these safe to take with other supplements?
