What’s actually in the bottle.

Independent testing across the gummy supplement category has repeatedly found products that don’t contain what their labels claim — creatine gummies especially. So we don’t ask you to take our word for it. Below are the label amounts for everything we sell, and the third-party test results we currently hold.

YumNest Creatine Monohydrate Gummies

Tested by Mérieux NutriSciences, an independent international testing laboratory. Certificate of Analysis No. 3266271.

5550mg measured creatine monohydrate
per 3-gummy serving

The label says 5000 mg. The lab measured 5550 mg. Testing found more creatine in the gummies than we claim on the panel — not less. That is the number that matters most in this category, and it’s the first thing we’ll show you.

Testing was conducted and results reported by Mérieux NutriSciences, an independent third-party testing laboratory. YumNest did not perform these analyses.

Specifications on this certificate were supplied by the client. Certain analyses fall outside the laboratory’s CNAS accreditation scope, as noted on the original document.

The NSF Contents Certified mark shown above appears on the product label. It is a separate certification from the analysis reported here.

This summary is transcribed from Certificate of Analysis No. 3266271. The complete signed document, its lot number and test date will be published on this page as soon as we hold them, so every figure above can be checked against the source.

Why we lead with this

Creatine gummies have a credibility problem. Independent testing programmes in this category have found a large share of products failing to meet their stated creatine content — in some cases by an enormous margin. Meanwhile the loudest brands on dosage often have the thinnest evidence: a “lab tested” icon with no laboratory named, no date, and no document.

An icon is not evidence. A certificate with a laboratory’s name on it is. That’s the standard we’re holding ourselves to, and the one we’d suggest you hold every brand in this category to — including us.

What we don’t have yet

The certificate itself — coming shortly. The figures above are transcribed from Certificate of Analysis No. 3266271. We’re publishing the complete signed document here as soon as we have it in full, so you can check every number against the source rather than taking ours for it.

Shelf-life stability testing — underway. Creatine can convert to creatinine over time in a moist format, and it’s the fairest criticism of gummies as a category. Stability results are being produced now and will be published here, whatever they show.

YumNest Magnesium Glycinate Complex Gummies — testing in progress. We don’t yet hold a third-party certificate for this product. When it arrives it will be published here in the same detail, whatever it says.

We’d rather show you the gap than let you assume it isn’t there. If there’s a document you want to see that isn’t up yet, ask us and we’ll tell you honestly where it stands.
