Our story

Healthy has never
tasted this good.

That’s not a tagline we wrote after the fact. It’s the reason YumNest exists — and the test every product has to pass before it earns a place on the shelf.

01

The best formula in the world does nothing in the cupboard.

Sports nutrition has a compliance problem, and everyone in the industry knows it. Powders clump and need mixing. Capsules mean swallowing a handful. Half of what people buy gets taken enthusiastically for two weeks and then quietly abandoned behind the cereal.

The science was never the hard part. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied compounds in the field. Magnesium’s absorption differences between forms are well documented. The research is settled — and largely wasted, because the format asks too much of people with jobs and gym bags and mornings that are already full.

We didn’t think the answer was better science. We thought it was a better delivery.

02

Serious nutrition shouldn’t feel like a chore.

Somewhere along the way the industry decided that if something tastes good it can’t be serious. Chalky powder became a proxy for potency. Bitterness got read as proof that it must be working.

We think that’s backwards. Taste isn’t the opposite of efficacy — it’s what makes efficacy possible, because a supplement only works if you actually take it. Every day. For months. Without dreading it.

So the standard we hold products to is a demanding one: full clinical-grade doses, forms your body can genuinely use, numbers printed openly on the label — and it has to be something you look forward to. Drop any one of those and the product doesn’t ship.

03

How that works in practice

🔬

Full doses, not gestures

5000 mg of creatine monohydrate. 200 mg of elemental magnesium. The amounts studies actually used — not a sprinkle so the ingredient can appear on the front of the bottle.

📋

Forms over headline numbers

Magnesium oxide looks impressive on a label and absorbs poorly. We look at which form a manufacturer chose before we look at how much they used, because that choice tells you what they were optimising for.

🧾

Verified, not asserted

A “lab tested” icon is not evidence. A certificate with a laboratory’s name on it is. We publish what we hold and we’re candid about what we’re still waiting on.

🍓

Genuinely enjoyable

Real fruit flavour, no medicinal aftertaste. Three gummies you chew on your way out the door instead of a routine you have to steel yourself for.

04

One promise. Every bottle.

We make two things at the moment. Magnesium Glycinate Complex is for everyday wellness — the foundations you take because life is long. Creatine Monohydrate is built for training — a full clinical dose for anyone who works out, however they like to move.

They’re aimed at different days and they look it. What they share is the standard: a real dose, in a form your body can use, in something you’ll genuinely want to take tomorrow.

We’d rather run a short range properly than a long one carelessly. The next product ships when it clears the same bar — not before.

05

What we won’t do

  • Run the manufacturer’s copy unread. Factories supply marketing images and claim sheets with every product. Quantified efficacy claims without a source get cut — even when they’d sell better.
  • Describe a sweetener as something it isn’t. If it’s a sugar alcohol, we say sugar alcohol. You can read the panel yourself and we’d rather you did.
  • Imply testing we haven’t done. Where we don’t hold a document yet, we say so on the page rather than leaving you to assume.
  • Pretend to be older than we are. We’re a young shop. We’d rather earn trust slowly with things you can verify than borrow it with things you can’t.

Making professional-grade nutrition
accessible to everyone.

Simple. Convenient. Effective. That’s the whole idea.
